This Mark VI has a LOT of potential. It's a relacquer that was done well and was not over buffed at all. It has some minor denting on the body and bow, a few re-solders and some scratching and lacquer wear, but overall the horn is structurally sound. The neck does not have a matching serial number, but is a Mark VI neck prior to the 160xxx series. It has no pull down, but does have some dents that could be fixed. The pads still have life in them and the horn plays, but we would recommend a full set up or play condition by your tech or our shop. The sound on this is very full, fat and powerful. It's a darker VI with a little more of a spread sound, but still has the selmer core. That is something this serial range always has going for it, they are the fattest of the VIs I generally play.
