Mouthpiece Madness!

Tenor Madness is pleased to announce that Jimmy Jensen has joined us in the TM shop. He will be working full time addressing all mouthpiece issues you may have, so call him at 319-234-3561, or email at jimmyjensen@tenormadness.com. Mouthpiece refacing services will be offered at $75 for hard rubber/plastic mouthpieces, $100 for brass and other softer metals, and $125 for stainless steel and other harder metals. A standard reface includes leveling the table, straightening the facing, rails, tip rail, and baffle as needed, as well as a basic clean up and polish if desired. Bite plates, filling gouges, broken tip replacement/repair, shank repairs, chamber work, adding a custom baffle, and other miscellaneous work will be billed hourly, by quote only. Jimmy is also introducing two models of hand made Bb clarinet mouthpieces and an Eb clarinet mouthpiece. They will be available for $225 each and include one free adjustment. For a limited time we will be offering free no hassle returns on these pieces with no restocking fee if you provide comments with the specific mouthpiece you return. Bass clarinet mouthpieces are also available on request. We have more exciting news coming for clarinet throughout the summer, so keep in touch!
