Tenor Madness stands behind its work! Both basic mechanical overhauls and complete mechanical restorations come with a one year warranty on all work performed. Warranties are only valid for saxophones that have not been abused or otherwise neglected. If your horn goes out of regulation in the first year by means of normal daily wear and tear, send it back to us and we'll fix it for free. You are only responsible for shipping charges.
If only minor adjustments are needed and we know a saxophone technician in your area that we trust, we can ask them to do the work for us so that you don't have to worry about shipping your saxophone. |
